★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any of my friends consign with Expressions Ladies Consignment DONT! I took a few items there a few weeks ago. One of these items included an authentic Canada Goose Vest... The decided to sell it for $35 dollars telling me it was fake- yet it was purchased 5 years ago from their website. Never called to ask... never called to let me know.... But they didn't check the holographic authenticity tag on the inside of the vest..... Awesome...... Not only lacking service but also lacking in communication to their consigners. I am very disappointed in them and this situation. I will no longer be supporting them or taking my items there. Beware peeps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could marked -1 , I would definitely give them -1 with my pleasure. The worst customer service, rude, unfriendly. Prices are higher, with no basic customer service skills. I will share with everyone I know. Will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the customer service experience is getting worse and worse. I thought I was the one off but I see that it’s a consistent problem. Consignment stores are supposed to be a place you enjoy going not dreading to go in because you don’t know if you will be welcomed or not. I hope the owners are able to introduce training to staff so that I can come back to what used to bey favourite consignment in SW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to expressions for many years, I’ve brought all kinds of clothing and I understand some things don’t get accepted. What I do not appreciate is being treated rudely, this lady handed my bag back taking a few items looking in disgust. The customer service is extremely poor. The older lady at the cash is so pleasant, so warm and greets you in the most loving way with so much knowledge. The other staff treat customers like garbage, it’s unacceptable. We are supporting a small business but being treated horribly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best consignment store in the city! It is always clean, and well organized and they only take brand names. I love the size of the store, it is not overwhelming to check out everything. I don't understand the bad reviews like they don't have a washroom. Tim Hortons is just across the store. Also, they can't take everything if people would like to consign with them. I shop there all the time with my friend. I highly recommend this store, also Molly Marie's beside them. They have nice shoes, bags and jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are decent & selection is good, but the owner needs some work on customer service skills. She makes it appear like we are inconveniencing her by coming in to SUPPORT her store!
Her staff isn't very friendly with the exception of a young lady with long blond hair but I only see her very occasionally on a Saturday. She's the only one that makes me feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of three stores in this complex this is the lady's consignment store , they also have a lady's accessory store, and a men's only consignment store pretty much all next to each other. I find the prices are great and the clothes are all high end and in great almost new condition. One if my most favorite hidden gems I found this year. It's great you can go shopping with the wife and their is a little shop for everyone. Best used clothing shops in the S.e of Calgary, Hands Down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here often because you can find lots of good quality pieces for less. I have sold a few items as well. The customer service is decent. I don't like being chased and hovered when shopping so I don't mind being left alone. I am not sure what other customers expect. It is annoying that they do not have a washroom facility. I find it takes a long time to find something that fits so the use of a washroom would be very helpful. I also wish the change rooms have magnets to properly close the curtains. It's pretty easy to accidently flash the patrons in the store. I have had a few embarrassing incidents.
