★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst insurance company in Calgary and it's not even close. They should be ashamed of how they do business. After they stole money from me and were unapologetic they backtracked and tried to give me my money back to get me to remove the review. No ethics whatsoever. Common crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves. They continue automatically taking money from your account long after you cancel their services. Do not give them a moment of your time. After they steal your money they literally laugh in your face on the phone and invent terms and fees to try and justify their shady practices. Laura Ward should be up on charges for fraud. I am reporting their theft to the police. They stole hundreds of dollars from me when I needed it to pay bills. This company makes me sad for humanity. They have no compassion, no ethics, and caused me a great deal of stress and pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had my auto insurance here for several years, which has been amazing as I had two claims during that time, unfortunately, but the claims staff were excellent and took care of everything. Recently we decided to switch all of our vehicles and home insurance here and we are VERY happy with the knowledge and experience of Chris D’Mello. He took the time to make sure we were insured for everything we needed and we just we had made the switch sooner as we are now saving so much. Chris was amazing and Ward Insurance again, has been great to work with. Very happy going into the Christmas season knowing we will be saving money in the new year and having peace of mind that we are properly insured with the right company.

Since reaching out to Laura she has been nothing but friendly, educational and always responds in a timely manner.
Recently I had to add on a home policy and Laura was able to put together exactly what I needed that same day. Laura and her team are great to work with and I would highly recommend!
