β β β β β Very limited insurance capabilities. If you have a simple car and white collar desk job they might work out for you. Not sure if it's the switch from being State Farm to Desjardins, but they don't seem to be at all familiar with the types of insurance they offer.

β β β β β Paul and his team reneged on our insurance claim. Basically we called and put insurance on a vehicle over the phone. We have had several vehicles with them on our plan. When the vehicle that we called about got into and accident then they said that it was not insured for certain drivers. Always the exceptions. They told us if we could prove that we called they would cover the claim. We called rogers and got our call log and that proved we called them to add the insurance. But after we proved it they said "sorry we aren't going to cover this accident, but we will cover the next one"... Ya real helpful.
