★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best moores you can go to. The manager Laura is the most fabulous consultant you could ask for. Anytime i go in i always leave with exactly what i need and if not she's always willing to get what i need or make sure i leave with better. Ive had bad experiences with other locations but Shawnessy is the go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Moore's in town. I went there just last week for rental suit for one of our ring bearers - it was so far the only location that was able to help us with boy suit of the age of 6. I forgot the ladies name that was helping us, but she did amazing. She walked us through the process and the different designs and suits. I'm really happy we were able to get his suit done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management handled everything very poor. Expected much more after hearing good things about this store. Did not seem to care about my business.
Very unprofessional formal wear manager. I'd go to Tip Top or Derks, or at least check them out first. Only thing that didn't make this a one star is that Moores head office made the situation right. It's sad it had to be resolved there and not at management level. Maybe just a lack of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great store and love their products. I wish they will have a wider selection for the Egara shirts. I gave them 3 stars because they have no online presence. Recently they added the option to shop online but the website it is convoluted and full of bugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to rent a tuxedo for my wedding and arrange groomsmen rentals. The customer service was exceptional and all questions were thoroughly answered. Jake was a pleasure to deal with and helped with everything I needed. The quality of the rentals is above and beyond the other establishments I checked.
I originally tried to go to the Moore's in deerfoot meadows and was basically told I can't have a conversation unless I have an appointment, it was terrible. Please go to the Shawnessy location for everything.
