Tried to order 4x6 prints. At the store I was told that they can't do it and referred me to website. After 3 hours of repeating uploading, finally was able to order 30 photos from 300. Very frustrating! And even worse today.

I had a bad experience with customer service at Staples of 130th Avenue; and after driving to Shawnessy and arriving almost at closing time, I was greeted by Rod and Jeremy and they both were very helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Keep up the good job guys! It was worth the drive!

I love going to Staples, it’s my happy place. For some reason the store always seems like it’s out of stock with some things, or the middle displays seem like they’re out of sorts. That said, if you’re looking for paper products, this is a really good place to go. The other location that I attend occasionally is the one by Chinook centre mall, this one is definitely better than that one.

This is mostly a complaint on the whole online vs. instore process then the representative at this store but my experience was terrible! I order my print online, showing no issues and thinking it is relatively simple. I end up having a call from a Amanda who told me there was many issues with my order and they could not complete it as ordered. We come to a solution (order changed but I can still work with it). The original order is canceled and they make me a new order, tell me to pay for the new order as the old one will be refunded. Get to the store and wait ages, they have a hard time finding the order but they do eventually. I mention the refund and that I need to pay the new updated price. I pay and think everything is fine and I am told the manager Rob is handling the refund and I can go. I then get a call a hour later saying I need to come back in as they need my information to do the refund! I was just there, why did they not process it when I was there! I call back later in the day to try to do it over the phone and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes! Never got though to someone, I dont have time to go back to the store to do the refund so paid for my order twice.
