My baby monitor crapped out last night and I was desperate to get a new one today, I put my baby down for a nap this morning and rushed to this location (his dad was at home in the basement working, I didn’t leave him home alone for the record lol) to buy a new one. I arrived at 1030 but they informed me that due to it being Good Friday, they didn’t open till 11. I explained the situation and they sooooo kindly let me in early so I could rush home with the monitor. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Not having a baby monitor is a parents nightmare, they went above and beyond ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up today as they were closing up, it was totally our mistake we thought the store was open till 8 but they were actually open till 7. Well Corey and the team went above and beyond and let us in grabbed us what we were looking for and checked us out. If I could give them an extra star I would have, amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Best Buy MARKETPLACE and not for Best Buy Stores.
I will NEVER buy anything from Marketplace again. The earpods that I bought stopped working after 2 weeks. There was no response after I tried contacting Marketplace customer service multiple times. Best Buy stores would not honor any warranties because Marketplace is just a platform that individual sellers uses to sell their merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a smaller than average Beat Buy store but they still carry most of the same things as other stores. They also have the drop off station for tech recycling, which is nice. Their staff is helpful, and there is plenty of parking right outside the store. Located in the heart of Shawnesy shipping center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my mobile plan, experience with the employee was worst he was not able to get the plan & was super negative that I am not eligible . My whole day went good but that employee made it worst. Ultimately, I ended up to the Walmart just beside & over there the employee got me the same plan I was looking forward for with so much of positivity in actions as well as words.
I was getting better deal at best buy but mental peace of customers & choice was not appreciated by the employee it seemed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new iphone and Roland was so helpful and courteous. He is very knowledgeable. I never had that type of customer service in any Best Buy branches wherein he was so hands on and he was so helpful. I highly recommend him.

Before I process my return, he went above and beyond by checking first if there’s an item that I can just exchange with my purchase. He also helped me to figure out how to set up my doorbell camera that I bought last month. Good customer service and he explains everything very well. Thanks, Jensen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was long overdue for a new TV and had narrowed it down to a couple of models. I was having a hard time deciding which one was the right fit for me. The sales guy was able to help me go through what I was looking for and figure out which one was going to give me more of what I wanted. The process was painless and relatively quick too. I ended up leaving with the right TV and the right price and was happy.
