★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service here. Came in for a phone and they did not have what I was looking for in stock. However, they noticed I was on an inefficient plan after my daughter left our sharing plan. They moved me to a better plan and I am now saving an extra $40 a month and they didn't even get a sale of a phone from me. Super knowledgable on phones on the market. I will be a faithful customer to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I recieved at this location was far superior then any other experience I have had with Telus. Darren M was extremely thorough in answering my many questions. He also ran different pricing scenarios based on the different phones I was interested in. This gave me the confidence that I was making an informed decision based on my phone needs. As well as one that fit my budget :) I highly recommend seeing Darren M at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is full of STELLAR workers! Visited on two occasions over the past couple weeks to take care of some things the call center support just couldn't manage. The team in this store helped out with everything I needed, and went above and beyond, calling me back regularly to follow up with one of the issues that arose from a device shipment I received!
