★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Customer Service. I dropped off the prescription and I was told to come back after 20 minutes. But item was not ready. Again I went back after 1 hour. Still it was not ready.
And the Pharmacist Amira, did not even show the curtesy to answer the questions about medicine. Very unprofessional approach. And no receipts were given.
I will not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had great experiences with the staff at the Shawnessy Walmart Pharmacy. I have been a customer here for a long time and have found that they have outstanding service. The current manager, Cathy, and all of the pharmacists are excellent. All the other employees there are also extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative. They try their best to help customers as much as they can, and treat everyone respectfully. Of all the pharmacies I have been to, this one is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Don't bother calling with a simple question. Not one department will pick up the phone. No matter how stubborn you are in letting their phones ring, they're just laughing because the phones obviously aren't even hooked up. Unacceptable during a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to this location. I really like going there for prescription pickup and the manager CATHY is super kind, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Cathy always go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Good job for being an amazing person who knows how to make a difference in people's lives.
