★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got EXPULSED from inside the store by a blue-eyed blonde lady just because, according to her, the store was not open. being that in the site it is written that the store opens at 8 and is already almost 9am. what astonished me most was the stupid and coarse form as she pulled me out of the store, screaming. being that I was standing at the door, doing nothing. I am a lawyer and can be sure of a great process of indemnification for damages against this pharmacy because it is out here and I am a tourist, I do not have a car, I was without Internet to call a Uber. luck that Burger King had free wi-fi and I could have access here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to my appointment in life mark sunpark plaza, because i was running late, i decided to go in shoppers drug mart to ask where is lifemark, i approached a lady which i believed she is a Filipino, to my disappointment to what she replied me when i asked her where is lifemark located, this is what she said, "USED THE DIRECTORY", so i said "okay thank you". When i was scanning the directory they were talking my back, this is what they said," Why not use the google or directory instead of asking" . Well, is it a crime to ask information ladies? Is it too difficult to say, " lifemark is in the 2nd floor!"... Hope you will learn to be nice to people next time !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I went there no one tried to attend me. I stood there for 15 minutes but the ladies working there was busy in chatting instead of looking after the patient. They think when customer goes there they are free and don’t have any other thing to do and can wait for 10 15 min. Very rude staff. I immediately changed my pharmacy this time. Not recommending to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only been here twice and both times they Ignored the prescription and gave me half the amount. I ended up telling the pharmacist to follow the prescription because I dont want to come back in three days. I assume they are just trying to make the most out of the dispensing fee. I will be transferring my file to a different pharmacy. I do not have medical insurance and I do not appreciate this at all.
