Lifemark rehabilitation services
Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.
As leaders in all we do, Lifemark therapists have developed specialty physiotherapy-based services within our clinics. Our vestibular (dizziness and balance), cancer, pelvic and concussion rehabilitation services all make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians today.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

We both met with Rachelle and from the first day of meeting with her she has been such a big help and offered lots of learning and exercises on our road to recovery. Rachelle made sure that she focused on areas that needed extra help and was amazing at "getting the knots out."

shoulder. She is great and knowledgeable on what she do specially the
dry needling and massage she's friendly and nice to chat with her during our
session. All the staff of Lifemark Sunpark are awesome.

โ โ โ โ โ Rachelle Kichton has been my physiotherapist for the past 2 years. She has helped me with my knee and now my shoulder so I can continue to compete at the level I need to in hockey. She is excellent in understanding my needs and is very knowledgeable in finding the right solution to help me perform. I am very grateful to have her as my physiotherapist and even though the treatments may be difficult she makes it enjoyable to go to her.

Rachelle has played an instrumental part of my recovery and is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain what she's doing and what I can expect.
I can not recommend her enough and for anyone that is looking for a excellent Physiotherapist then look no further then Rachelle.
Rachelle's assistant Aerial is an absolute gem and is very helpful in the role he plays to help her along.
In addition I'd also like to say the front end receptionist Raquel is wonderful to speak with, always joyful and happy, and I look forward to my visits cause she makes you feel like family.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a stress fracture on my right ankle and went to see Erin for physio after it healed. She gave me many exercises to strengthen my ankle. Doing the exercises definitely helped me get back to walking normally. But the best part was the massages she did on my ankle each visit. My ankle felt so much better after one of her massages. Thanks Erin!

* a great therapist showing me the proper exercises following the healing from my traumatic quadriceps tear.
Her instructions for follow-up exercises at home were clear and concise. Her treatments were great. The results of the treatment I received from Dimple were outstanding to the extent that my Orthopedic Surgeon even asked for the name and location of the Physiotherapy company.
Lifemark Sunpark was fantastic in helping with my rehabilitation and physiotherapy. I have experienced great results from my treatments.
All their staff I engaged with were professional, personable and polite. A pleasure to receive treatments here.
So I will highly recommend Lifemark Sunpark location.

Very impressed by Rachelle and her ability to isolate the injury and treat it primarily with dry needling along a few few others methods. Highly recommend Rachelle and her team.
