★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was picking up a mascara on my way home, nothing special. The lady at the make up counter didn't greet me, instead she called security on the intercom and had security come and watch me....
I don't understand what I did other then make eye contact with her when I walked in and I said hello. That apparently makes one a security risk. Incredibly poor customer service here and lack of tact missing from this employee.
Reading through previous reviews of the make up counter, I can see why I had this experience. I would seriously be concerned as the owner of this location because the reputation your employee is making is not a good one and I'm sure is impacting this specific location. Shoppers is a decent enough store, but there are hundreds others in Calgary that provide quality customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful pharmacy experience. Pharm tech the lady who was doing vaccine actions on june19th.. does not change gloves after finishing previous vaccination and goes to fill new syringe right in them. Also her manipulations with vaccine vials looked very confusing as she mixed ingredients back and forth and it looked that it was not only a dissolving of the vaccine as owner tried to explain. The very same lady was rood and inefficient before and after my wife left 2 star rewiev, but the same employee does critical mistake again. After talking with the owner two times there us an impression that nothing will change in this pharmacy. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady pharmacist was very unfriendly, kept me waiting for more then 10 minutes not even greeting or letting me know that she is going to help me with anything at all. She was watching computer and apparently busy with some important stuff. When turned to me, told she doesn't have any prescription faxed, and informed me that I can leave. A couple of minutes later I got a phone call from them saying I can pick it up. That happened a few months ago. The same lady was performing vaccinations yesterday. She did not change her gloves between patients, draw up vaccine for my kids into sterile syringe in the same gloves that were used for previous patient's injection. And she touched every surface possible in this gloves even before that previous injection, collided with another pharmacist in them, visited two other rooms collecting vaccine and needles. At this point we withdraw our consent for injection and left.

They regularly go the extra mile in making sure I’m getting my medications on time, asking about my health and making helpful suggestions. This isn’t just a place where you gets your meds - it’s truly part of the healthcare team. You just don’t see service like this very often. I’d give six stars out of five if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pharmacy I’ve been to! Everyone in the pharmacy staff is super nice and understanding. My family and I got our vaccines and flu shots here, and they went quickly and very smoothly. The one pharmacy assistant is v cute too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoppers has such great customer service, I shop here when I’m doing renovation up in the area of town, and I alway seem to get the same girl at the tills, she is alway so helpful and she is alway so happy and she alway goes above to make my day, Her name is sabrina and I will alway continue to shop at this shoppers because how I get treated there. Thank you for having great people at this shoppers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be torn down and rebuilt into a Shoppers that can provide goods that customers want in a updated setting.
It looks old, the layout sucks but it gets the job done. Would prefer more PC items for goods but that is why Superstore is just down the street.
Best to go down the street to the one beside sobeys.
