★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid doing your advanced class 5 road test at this location at all costs. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, I have nothing bad to say about them. Zack was my examiner. I think this man’s only source of happiness is failing people on this test. He is a complete robot with no common sense. I could’ve gone anywhere else and passed this exam. If I looked at these reviews before my exam I could’ve saved my money as I see another with a similar opinion. I sincerely hope Zack is removed as an examiner so that he can no longer steal money from people that are just trying to save money on insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to book a trip with AMA travel and was told there was a fee for me to book through them, to save the charge I’d have to use the web page. That seems very odd as the three previous trips I booked through them didn’t have that fee.
I could save myself the membership fee and book through any travel agent for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think a lot of reviews here are people upset they weren’t handed their drivers license on the spot.
I went in and quickly registered and got through registering a purchase pretty quickly… they even helped me so I could complete when the seller was a 5 hour drive away!
I would say that for the cost I feel they should have more digital features such as a gps app … also no Amex is annoying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but great interactions here. Registries are often stressful. You’re never sure you have all the right documents, and are often greeted by grumpy people. This AMA location has always been so easy for me. People have been awesome.
Never going to back to the shawnessy registry again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having to take care of an estate as an executor is very emotional and draining, but when you deal with compassionate and very helpful people it makes it so much more bearable! Thank you Lynn for being patient, and so very helpful! Being a member is worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did you ever consider why Ontario banned doing credit checks for car insurance. Because I denied to offer a credit check because there is no need... you tell me to pay it all up front. Backassward kinda business is that. Just trying to reach as deep into pockets as you can eh... Of course the worst part of Alberta is the insurance companies like yours scoundrels. Out to pillage not to actually do your job. AMA is a joke, modern day thieves...Check my credit score so I can pay you insurance money monthly.... ??s
