★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with them for 25 years plus. I never really thought about what I was paying them for. Turns out that you pay them for what you can do yourself, which is find an insurance company and pay for insurance with said company. At one point I had to ask them to look around to find a better deal with other companies; I thought that was what they did, but I had to ask for that service. When it came to making 2 hail claims this Fall I was met with comments like "we don't normally get involved" and "I meant to get back to you" and then condescending comments like "please be patient" (it took 3 months to settle the claim, I was beyond patient) This company gave me misinformation about my insurance coverage, didn't help me with options about my claim, they were NO help at all, in fact, they made it worse. The guidance I got around this claim was from friends and the adjuster from the insurance company. I had to go to the Insurance Bureau of Canada to get proper information. If you want someone to just take your money and then add insult to injury, go with this company.

Do not get any insurance policies from them.
