From the start it was easy, I contacted them, they got back in a timely manner, explained how the quote would work and I had a quote pretty quick. It was not the lowest quote but I felt it was the most honest and not that much more. Installation was great, I had two great installers for the roof, they kept me up to date and let me know of any issues, clean up was done at the end of each day which I appreciated. For the eavestrough, I also had two installers, I had a quick chat about what I wanted and a short time later it was done, it turned out way better than I thought it would.
My roof and eaves look amazing, the only issue is I feel like I have to paint the house now to match how good it looks. All the installers are professional and really I barely knew they were around. If I ever have to roof again I will use Roof Right, simple easy and priced well.
Oh and I was surprised that a city inspector showed up, I hadn't even though of it, but great to know the job was done right.

The products were explained in detail and samples were left. They were not pushy in any way, Dave the owner explained the process and the options.
The guys turned up on time, did a great job, spotless cleanup and left!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Roof Right Solutions replace our roof two years ago. We were more than happy with the end result...amazing! They went beyond..even painting some of the flashing to match the roof. Our neighbour was so impressed, he hired them to redo his house and garage as well!
This spring, we called them back to re do the roof on our garage. Within one week of calling, they were on the roof, and completed the same day. So pleased with the results! I would highly recommend them.
Dave is a super friendly guy, and his team is very polite and respectful! They cleaned up everything....you would hardly know they had been there! Highly recommend....5 stars!

They were very patient in helping us work out our needs and then did an excellent job throughout the installation. One of the real tests of a contractor is what they do when things don't go according to plan, even for reasons beyond their control. They handled our problem in a highly professional manner, were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly to our great satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

They went A to Z with high attention to details using superior quality materials and cleaning everything very carefully after the job was done. I had some unexpected problems on my old 1957 roof and they been able to fix everything with no extra costs. If you have your roof to be redone Roof Right Solutions is Absolutely the choice to go with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roof Right Solutions handled my insurance claim, after the 2020 hail storm destroyed my roof, siding, entire exterior and two windows. I called several companies and chose them, not only because their quote was in line with my insurance claim amount, but because they were so kind and prompt with follow-ups. Also, you don’t pay for the job until the work is completed well - so I knew they were as invested in getting it done as I was. Dave and Veronic gave the best customer service, communicating throughout the entire process, promptly answering emails and phone calls, and site visits, with understanding and tons of information about this big job. All of their contractors were highly professional. White house is before, dark house is the after. Would recommend them 100%
