★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently at your Shawnessy location & I just have to say it was a wonderful experience. I'm a bigger woman & your selection of plus sized clothing was great. Also, I usually get very anxious when shopping because of my size, but I was treated so well by your staff I was completely at ease. I was assisted by an older blonde woman & another woman who I assume is the manager & when you didn't have a pair of the pants in my size they offered to order them for me. My order arrived in about 5 days. I was extremely impressed. Reitmans is my new Favorite store. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was plain rude. Giving odd stares and like I couldn't afford to shop there. I came in for an in-store pick-up. No greeting/no one asked for help (even though there were three staff folding clothes in front of me). One lady who finished folding had the audacity to comment on my son saying "he has too much energy" just because he was going around the store exploring , like how a 4 yr old will would do. SO unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to their clients. This will be my last investing my money, time and energy at Reitmans! Good bye!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go to return items I ordered on Line, this one Sales person #888888 is so rude, smells the clothes, tells me I ordered 4 of the same items, but I didn’t it was 2 petite and 2 regular to see if they fit differently. All the tags are on and not worn. I don’t get it, she is making your store look bad and nothing is done. Don’t send me an apology if you don’t do anything about it. I stopped shopping at Reitmans because of that. I thought I might go back and try it out again, but got the same terrible treatment from her. She is misrepresenting your good store. It is not a joy to shop there at all!
