★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the chain but won't be returning to this location.
Staff saw us come in and then went to the back for a long while without saying a word. Ordered the food and the cook was doing prep vs making the current orders. Tofu was so gross and tasted stale and like old fry oil. I usually like it from here but this was just gross! Then the fountain pop wasn't right either- how frustrating. With the poor food and poor service just avoid this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a very simple order that they manage to mess up. It's happened twice in a row now which deserves a bad review. In case people wonder I ask for pad thai with just egg and tofu, no veggies. Today I got home with a container half filled with bean sprouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been going to Thai express for years in shawnessy area , and this is my last time I asked if I can get more chicken in the general Thai without the veggies , as I only like the rice and chicken I paid $19 for that meal I can’t even finish it there my 19 down the drain , I don’t think the oil have been replaced at all it’s so bitter and the chicken is like burnt and brown usually it’s like a red pinkish Color I don’t recommend going there as it’s use good before the covid it’s worst now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to eat and very healthy food. My favorite is Veggie Fried Rice with both Thai and Basil flavors. They make it fresh right in from of you and you can choose how spicy you want or to leave out something if you don't like it. I would compare their food to same quality as their next door neighbor but for some reason Thai Express doesn't get as many customers. Service staff seems polite and eager to serve the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say I'm a fan. Tried the dumplings, they were doughy and soggy. Then the imperial rolls, soggy and unflavorful. I figured the general Thai chicken would be alright, but, again, soggy. I was going to move on to the soup, but then I read another review about this guy getting diarrhea from the soup. So, I don't know, I hate to waste food, but I can't eat it. I ordered an entire different meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got basil chicken fried rice, taste was not good as compared to other Thai express across the city. This has been the experience not once but a few times now. Not sure if its to do with the sauces or just how they cook the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is definitely over priced as they cheap out all the dishes with barely any veggies and meat, also cheap on the sauces as the noodles are barely coated and tossed, noodles are over cooked as well. Very disappointed as this is not a good replica of "asian food" i will definitely keep going to wok box and other noodle places then this. The pandan iced tea was decent.
