★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first visited this outlet of Fatburger, we became fan. But when we visited this last time, the cashier was in so hurry, a little rude and she was not paying attention to my order, she gave us meat burger even though I clearly repeated to give me just butter and cheese between buns and “no meat”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally I'm a big fan of Fatburger, but this location made mistakes both times I ordered from there, which was especially frustrating since I ordered to go. Last visit I ordered the impossible burger and asked for it "Vegan Style" (as they advertise). They used lettuce rather than a bun, but then added cheese that was melted on. When you're paying more than $10 for a burger you expect that they'll get it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff .. called them 4 times and didn't answer my call so I visit them this morning around 10:10. They didn't even say Hi to me just keep doing there work at the back. Waited for 4 minutes while there was no other customer. Hire some new staff who will value your customer.
Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best burger joint I've ever been to. The burgers are giant, and the milkshakes are smooth and creamy. The one complaint I have, though not enough to take off a star, is that the wait time is pretty long. That's because they grill your order fresh, but you do have to expect about a 10 minute wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look I dont leave a review often but I feel like I had too. This was the by far the worst ordering experience of my life.
I ordered a burger and onion rings for my son and it took them almost an hour to prepare. It showed up after he was asleep and was completely cold. To add insult to injury it was the wrong order! Maybe the in person service is better but I wont know. Please NEVER order from this restaurant. So many better options in the area. Steer clear and give your hard earned money to a business that deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant not our usual location very clean and hospitable. Usual food we ordered. Delivered to our table nice and hot 5hen I noticed my bacon wasn't on my hotdog so I mentioned it and it was brought to me. Enjoyed the onion rings not oily very tasty as were the fries. Then my wife mentioned they forgot her fried onions on her burger. We just let it slide. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Stuff happens!!!!! ?
