The mighty Dr. Tam! He used to be my walk in doctor but now he’s my family and I’ve been seeing him for 4 years now ! He’s always quick, straight to the point, won’t prescribe you anything he doesn’t think you’ll need. The supporting staff here are awesome and friendly too. Best doctor I’ve ever had!

It’s exactly what you’d want from a health centre. It’s fantastic. I switched here from Dominion because my doctor there didn’t even take the time to listen to me. I don’t know if you’ll believe me but I had an appointment time of 10:30 am. And guess what? I was admitted at 10:30. No long gross wait. When I came in here, they gave me a tour of facilities which includes a massage therapist, pharmacy, physio rehab area and a cosmetic area (not open yet). Then a nurse explained how the PCN network tie in worked. And then my doctor came in. I wasn’t stuck in a disgusting germ filled waiting room for an hour after my appointment time (like I frequently was with Dominion). If you’re looking for a new doctor or not quite happy with yours. Check this place out.

I was quite worried when my family doctor switched locations – but after my first visit to see her at Imagine Health, I couldn’t have been happier.This is a gorgeous facility – complete with an onsite pharmacy and a beautiful waiting room. I wasn’t waiting for long though – As soon as I sat down, my name was called! In addition to the prompt service, the staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I was also impressed by the short wait time when phoning in. I was seen on time, and as always, Dr. Shibata spent adequate time ensuring that both of my concerns were fully addressed. She’s WONDERFUL! I was impressed by the large size of the exam room, and everything felt very clean and fresh. It is a welcome change from so many other offices. Imagine Health has everything I could want from a Health Clinic.

My family doctor is the only reason me and my family stays with this clinic because she moved here few years ago.. The service is very poor. Staffs are incompetent, under trained, and doesn't know proper customer care and service. Very disappointing.

IF THERE IS A ZERO STAR. I WOULD!!!! RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY RUDE. NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE. NOT EVEN OFFERING AN ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS FOR THE PATIENTS. DOES NOT EVEN CARE FOR THE REASON OF APPOINTMENT. VERY GOOD DOCTORS BUT IF YOU DEAL WITH THEIR FRONT RECEPTION AND WHEN YOU ARE UNWELL, IT DOES GET PATIENT REALLY FRUSTRATED AND THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE AFTER 30MINS OR MORE WAITING IN LINE. YOU GET A FAMILY DOCTOR FOR A REASON BUT THIS RECEPTION LADY I SPOKE TO JUST HAVE NO SYMPATHY NOR COMPASSION. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB. FIND SOMETHING THAT MAKE YOU AND NOT TO PUT YOUR ATTITUDE TO OTHERS ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT ARE UNWELL.

The receptionist station has really gone down hill since being a regular patient here back in 2012. Taking 5 minutes just to answer the call then being put on hold for another 10 is a little over the top. I had originally called to ask to reschedule my appointment that was the same day. Never having moved an appointment before, I didn't realize this clinic had a cancellation fee even if you reschedule. After I had this appointment rescheduled the receptionist said "so you want to cancel your appointment today then" to which I figured I should ask if there was a penalty or something, to which she proceeded to say "yes it's $50 dollars". If a fee is going to be charged, they should mention so beforehand to not waste both our times with a reschedule. It seems as though if I hadn't of asked if there was a fee, the next time I showed up I would have just been told that I have an outstanding balance. Not impressed.

Receptionists and Dr's assistance staff . One thing they don't seem to know what they are doing , Very slow ,cannot understand or speak clear english .Calling and waiting takes forever . and then you have to keep repeating things over 10 times till they get it . Frustrating .

These people are into sales and NOT the medical profession. They want you to buy books, sign up for pay websites, sign up for pay to make appointments and receive emails sites. I want a Doctor, not a salesman!

Been waiting an hour and 15 minutes for my phone call appointment. Called reception to find out if my appointment had been forgotten and to voice my discontent. The receptionist HUNG UP ON ME. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would give reception zero stars if I could. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my experiences with the actual physicians at this location have been superb (been here over 7 years). If you can tolerate the reception staff, then this place still deserves a good rating. But as it stands, the lack of professionalism with the front staff needs addressing.

I've been going to this clinic for years and have been getting increasingly frustrated with them over the past year. Like many have stated, the reception could use improvement. My recent interaction was being on hold for 30 minutes, only to be put on hold again for an additional 20 minutes. I like my family doctor, but it seems ridiculous to have to book a month ahead for appointments. As a result, I've had to see several other physicians at this practise, some of which were better than others. On a positive note, the nurses have always been great to deal with!

Jan 26 2022 had a phone consult with Dr Ricardo Adane due to reaccuring back pain and spasms and asked to renew my massage Rx. Dr stated Rx will be at the front desk. Came at 5pm to find out that I need to pay 20CAD to get the Rx for massage....Dr never mentioned anything about same and never had to pay that fee previously. Left without Rx. I don't get it. I pay taxes to get Healthcare. Dr gets paid for phone appointment from AHS and then askes me to pay for Rx to get help for my problem, and to get coverage from Blue cross that I also pay for...is this really a free Healthcare???? I feel like I am being charged as for a private Healthcare but getting subpar service..and no one to talk to.
