★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive thru and they had dog treats at the window! SO LOVE THAT ❤️?❤️ Thanks so much A&W that was the kind of service that makes us love you more - also food is great and service prompt and kind. Definitely my top recommendation for quick bite in the Shawnessy shopping area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lying about coupons and not giving information about them. Morning lady could’ve said they had coupons online but she’s acting as if it’s gonna come out of her own pocket ?♀️?♀️?♀️. Train your employees please, they lie about fresh food, coupons and many things. This is ridiculous.

I specifically said I want fresh and hot and said I was willing to wait and even offered to pull up to the front so I don't delay the drivers behind me in the drive thru. She agreed and said no need for me to go to the front. As soon as I pull up she hands me the burger. Not fresh and hot. I knew she lied to my face, but did not want to confront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Night crew is awesome. The morning crew.. awful. Never gives dipping sauce with sweet potato fries. I literally have to make sure they give it to me. So disappointing. And the onion rings these days have been awful too. You guys used to be the best..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This A&W is fantastic. The employees are wonderful and I have never had a problem with my burgers. I even got an onion ring burgr consiting of only onion rings for free. What great service. The onion rings were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best A&W in Calgary. Very friendly and professional staff! Gives you large portions and if you ask for extra onions/pickles, you can actually tell that they acknowledge you. I've been to many A&W in Calgary and this location and the one in Signal Hill Centre were the best! Highly recommend this locations :)
