J	Jay man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just brought home a late night snack for myself and the kids. 4 double cheese burgers. All were nicely put together and super meaty and tasty. I did add a little mayo as I like it on my burgerand it didn’t have any. The poutine is a great size. Lots of gravy that was tasty and huge cheese curds just the way I like it. Great way to end the evening and super full. Good job.
H	Hanan Ghoneim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. This is based on a visit 15 minutes ago where I tried to purchase a cake, and requested to write a simple word on the cake. The store was empty and all of the employees refused to write on the cake because they said it was "busy" at the drive through. One of the staff with short hair, was very rude and disrespectful and she said she could do it in 20 minutes or the next day. I was in a hurry and I informed them of that yet they still refused to write. The in store customers should be treated as equally as the drive-thru customers. This staff member lacks proper customer service skills. The customer should not have to wait that long for a simple order. The store manager should hire people who have common sense, skills, and respect for their customers.
C	Cory Mortensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot. It's clean, has friendly staff and the food is excellent for it being fast food. Don't forget the ice cream. I don't do it often, but when I do it's a large blizzard that's sooo good but probably 4000 calories.

More than a little disappointed I ordered a 4piece chicken strip basket with fries and gravy from the drive through, my chicken was so dry it was disgusting like it had been sitting out for hours already and just reheated....my food ended up all over the bag as it was not in a Togo pack but an eat in pack on top of that i usually order 2 gravies but only need 1 well they did bit even fill the gravy to the top of the container!! Really???!! Its bad enough you keep giving less and less fries but now your skimping on the gravy ...... come on son! Ordered about 9.15 on Friday August 13

I've been seeing 1 star ratings for this location and if I could I wouldn't even give a star but absolutely with all the negative ratings the owner of this location is either lazy or can't deal with employees or teach them the proper way ...

We got a replaced chicken burger right away. For this I am very happy to the staff how they handled the situation. The sandwich we got was very good so thank you staff

Dylan was surprisingly very good and seemed as if he had worked the drive thru for years, when it was in fact his first shift up in the front. I had delicious onion rings and an awesome frozen hot chocolate. This is my favorite location and the only DQ I will ever visit!
d	darren dares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This 1 star is based on just this order I received minutes ago. I ordered a regular double cheese burger not a bacon Single whatever that is in the picture. Normally I would just eat it cause it was delivered by skip the dishes. But when I opened it and saw that I was pretty disgusted. Sure doesn't look like anything I've ever seen on their menu or any menu for that matter. As a former dq employee, I've worked the grill and have never sent out anything looking like that. Whoever made this should be fired!
