★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good meal here! The place was clean and they were very fast to have our meals ready! I don’t like the new layout of the restaurant/store. I feel like there is not enough seating and the chairs are uncomfortable. I liked the old layout... or at least the d comfort level. I will definitely go back but maybe just take my order to go instead of sitting uncomfortably for 30-45 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I’m giving only three stars is because the service is extremely slow. I’m actually on site right now and it has been a good20 mins wait. Be prepared to wait between 15-25 mins. Staff is polite and welcoming. I noticed that when your order is ready they apologized for the wait. They know is very slow. I think I will need to go to a different location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This food is amazing at this EDO.The service however is very poor you will almost always wait in line with. I greeting or acknowledgment that your in the store. Which is fine they are busy making very good food.
The worst part about this location is that always close early especially Sunday’s even though it’s very busy in the evenings before close.
When I arrive in the evenings before close sometimes within 30 mins of close I’m often greeted with others who are disappointed to see this store closing early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are so sweet. I had a long shift at work and my feet hurt super bad, and for the life of me I couldn’t bring myself to make dinner. It was pretty close to their close so I felt bad but I ordered a noodle bowl on skip and just left a note saying I was sorry. It came so fast and to my surprise they left me a note back ! I’ll attach it below but I literally cried (idk I’m emotional) and it made my night. They added two spring rolls because they’re angels and I don’t know what happened to make them so kind. I work at Brewhouse in legacy so if the staff is reading this review, please come by one night and hopefully I’ll be working so I can buy you guys a couple rounds. Thank you thank you thank you I love you <3 <3

My dinner came with a 5 inch long black hair.... ?? This was pointed out to staff immediately.. They did not offer store credit, a free meal, drink, nothing. We paid full price for food with hair in it!
I do not reccomend eating here!

Been a while since I'd gone to Edo, they've changed a few things and it seems like portion sizes are maybe larger, which was nice.
This location in particular felt very fancy and high-end, but again I haven't been to Edo in some time so I'm not sure if they all remodelled or what, but it was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place always gets my order wrong. I ordered tempura, they didn't put in the tempura in the bag. Had to call them for another time to pickup. I ordered a bento with 1 sauce on the side, there was no sauce! Last time I said sauce on the side, then they put the sauce! Seriously? Check the orders and check again before handing the bag to the customer.
