β β β β β Shows they are open 3-4pm on Sunday. Got there at 3:30pm and they were closed and their sign says they are closed Sunday. Maybe whomever that deals with the online stuff should actually update it.

β β β β β I was told it would take 3 business days to send my letter when I went to shipCentre to ask. I double confirmed the delivery date right before I left. Cant believe it took 5 business days instead, but I was charged priority (1-3 business days) fee.

β β β β β It would appear to me that only the complainers take the time to write a review from what I've been reading. I would like to this opportunity to say my experience has been exceptional and more than met my expectations. Tiffany was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door to making my payment before leaving. I would definitely use this location in the future and will be sure to recommend it to my friends. My documents arrived exactly as promised to an International location in the time promised. Huge Kudos to Tiffany and FedEx. Thanks again for all your help.

β β β β β Sending stuff abroad through them is absolute nightmare. Their website and automated voice prompts are the worst. Their reps don't follow through. Filing a complaint is futile. Do not use their service!

β β β β β First off Iβm glad I didnβt listen to the negative reviews on here. I find them hard to believe after my experience here. I had a complicated shipment to make via FedEx and Tiffany was absolutely outstanding. She spent a lot of time with me and made sure I understood all the paperwork and was extremely helpful Along the way! I highly recommend the Shawnessy Digital Post. Great staff.
