★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have free returns from any store with ups label. DO NOT come here, they charge $1 for drop off. It no about the $1, it's about the way it should be. The one at midlake is only 3 mins away, and don't charge anything, or any other location will do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a free return from SoftMoc, I recieved a label for the return to UPS. I was charged a dollar to do this return. I have taken items to other UPS stores and have never been charged before. It's not about the dollar, I just wonder if UPS or Calgary Pak N Ship is charging for this!

Better go to Staples or else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the wrong part from Rock Auto and needed to send it back. I had no idea what I was doing so I Googled shipping near me and Calgary Pak N Ship came up. I am so thankful for the warm and friendly service I received here. They took my half opened box and made everything right. They taped it, attached clear envelopes, affixed labels, made photocopies for customs, and assured me that it was going to be all good. Seriously so thankful for these people. If you ever need to ship anything This. Is. The. Place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi have been going to them for while. It’s a family business run by two old people and so my family always trusted them. The older gentleman had sometimes made off-coloured jokes about packages being sent to Asia. Just ignored him. But this time, he not only made ridiculous comments about a package to India, he also charged me $175 to send a document under.a pound. When I asked if there were cheaper options - He condescendingly said “no, I picked this and this is all we have.” I’d had a long day. Trusted him like a complete fool. Found out the very same day, DHL charged $135 and other couriers had even lower options. Never going there again. That old man is not only scammer, he’s also racist.

They packaged up my items carefully with a very reasonable charge, and went above and beyond to ensure the correct courier was selected for my needs. Fast, professional, friendly service. I will be back!
(and re: masking - there are very clear signs warning people they are not wearing them, reasons for which - none of our business. People can choose where they do business, complaining about this is ridiculous, just don't go in if this bothers you!!)
