We must also say that from the first time we met you, we have been most impressed with your personal and professional approach. You asked questions, listened to us, shared options both in your show room and provided further advice once you came to our house. Your installer was excellent, the product is excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for a new sunroom or front Porch enclosure.
G	Greg !!! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted showroom and they connected me with Randy Anstey, an owner with the company. We had him out to our home to discuss awnings and retractable screens. He told us they were getting out of the awning business as of that day, but that he would help us out and get us a quote on these and the retractable screens. This would have been a ~$15,000 purchase. We never heard from him again, even after repeated emails! It would be our assumption that they did not wish to do awnings again, and instead of contacting us like a decent professional he has not returned out emails. The extremely poor business service in this case would lead me to very, very strongly recommend you use someone else as this company clearly would provide poor service to others as well.

Then with all the rainfall we had last year we ended up having the sunrooms leak. Fred from Select Sunrooms has since made multiple visits here, to which he eventually completely removed and replaced all the sunrooms. They were deemed to have a manufacturers defects. Our understanding is that the manufacturer has not yet offered a solution, but our rooms were replaced by Fred regardless. We are incredibly happy with our new sunrooms and can’t thank Fred and the people at Select Sunrooms enough for not abandoning us when the manufacturer refused to help. Although things weren’t perfect, the effort Fred and his team put in to make things right, is what will make us customers for life ... Thanks again Fred. The Singh family

Twice now, hail storms have come through and caused damage. Both times I have insisted that Select Sunrooms to be the only company I trust to repair it properly. I have no hesitation in recommending Fred to anyone, and have done so many times.

Their service was impressive and the trades people who handled the installation, foam insulation of the flooring and electrical were top notch professionals. I wish I had discovered them a long time ago. Nevertheless , my summer has already arrived when I am sitting in my sunroom in April! So very happy with the results!!

We immediately had snow/rain water running into the drywall and electrics. Despite them willing to and assess the issue and them promising a resolution... 2.5 years later no workman has shown to complete the job. We have given lots of opportunity to make us a happy customer but we just get brushed to the side. For the price of this sunroom, the service has been deplorable.
