I was charged the low end of my quoted price and my item was finished earlier than they promised. Very impressed! Way to under promise and over deliver!

The screens are better than I had anticipated, made with exceptional quality materials, and were a perfect fit for what I needed at a cost-conscious price. It will change my summer experience for the better: No pigeons, no squirrels, no bugs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say my experience with AT & A was less than satisfactory.
On May 25th, I had an appointment with John Goudy of AT&T at 10 am. To start with he arrived 40 minutes late. I accepted that and went ahead to get the measurements for an Awning size.. John took the measurements and discussed 2 options and told me he will be sending a quote later.
Now “ Why did he not give me quote then and there is a surprise, an awning is not rocket science.
The same evening.
The evening of the 25th @ 7.25 pm, I confirmed the size to be a 12 by 10 and he responded @ 7.30 “ OK. We will quote that size. Then I heard nothing from him.
So I phoned him on Thursday the 27th at 11.25 am and asked if the quote had been sent to a wrong email address. He laughed and said, that it had not been sent. But I will have it in 1 hour.
At the end of the day, I checked and NO QUOTE. He basically LIED to me and I do not like to be lied to. I am not sure why he would either
1)Not send a quote OR
2)Lie to me ( Saying I will have it in 1 hour)
Needless to say, I am not impressed with the deceptive practices perpetrated by John Goudy from Alberta Tent & Awning. He plain wasted my time.
I would not recommend Alberta Tent & Awning and specifically John Goudy from this business for any work related to awnings .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John, the new owner, built new tarps for our Super B grain trailers after the originals failed after only 5 years. The new tarps fit exactly, like they came from an Italian bespoke tailor. We asked for a few modifications from the old design and it worked out wonderfully.
The service was fast, and they are good at estimating when the job will be complete.
Reasonable prices too. Saved us a lot of money.
Highly recommended. John is very easy to deal with and is eager to please.
