Right from the first request for a quote it was clear they put a high emphasis on customer service, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the end product. The quality of the awning is fantastic -- it's really something we will get to enjoy for many years to come (and the excellent warranties give us peace of mind on that!). I am very disappointed at how I was treated afterwards when I wanted to order accessories for the awning. I spent over $6000 on the awning and then was not given any respect as a customer that spent that much money.
