They came prepared with various colour choices for a near-perfect match. Staff were very professional and cordial. Completed everything non-contact during Covid-19. Would highly recommend and use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible to work with. In 2020 we had measurements taken to have Phantom Screens fitted for our oversized patio doors. We had to postpone the project temporarily due to financial setbacks. We reconnected in 2021 and the original estimate was honoured. The installer was amazing and completed the installation in less time than anticipated thanks to all of the measurements that had been previously taken. All around the team was professional, timely, courteous and capable. We will absolutely work with Suite Outdoors again and will recommend them to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Phantom Screens as our front door screen was 26 years old and needed to be upgraded as the bracket broke. Suite Outdoors were able to upgrade to the New Latch and Release model, replace the mesh, and install a safety Lock. Service technician also serviced the Phantom Screen on our backdoor .Very professional service technician and telephone customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you very much for the prompt and efficient service call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had our Phantom Screens re-installed after a door change out. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Scheduling was easy, the technician (Morgan) arrived on time, was polite, enthusiastic, professional and delivered a high quality installation.
I was pleased to learn that these are a made in Canada (BC) product and the quality is second to none. We had our original screens installed close to 20 years ago and they still worked flawlessly. We now have the upgraded latch system and it is great.
You may be wondering if these are worth the price. Years of hassle free service, clean looking, highly functional - yup - they are worth the price.
