About The Awning Factory
Further innovation has allowed us to create the Imperial Cross-Over awning, specifically designed for areas with limited width, which require maximum projection. This system has an upper & lower front connector, and upper and lower housing specifically designed for this awning, not adapted from other available systems. Design includes additional brackets to stabilize the awning, and a longer valance to cover the lower arm. This awning is perfect for smaller decks with narrow widths.

β β β β β We had a really great experience with The Awning Factory, 0ur new awning looks so great, we are now able to sit on our west facing deck and enjoy our yard. It is super easy to use and adds so much functionality to the deck, especially helps maintain the heat of our fire table. We did install the wind sensor as well as we do have sudden winds and it works great. I would recommend The Awning Factory to any of my family or friends without hesitation.

Great selection of materials that matched our house and deck, the showroom had the same model we purchased so we were able to try it out and communication about the install was amazing. They were even good about coming back after the install to make some minor adjustments for us. Highly recommend these guys.

β β β β β Excellent customer service from Jason and Randy. We had ordered our awing last summer and were told that we may not get it until this spring due to logistics and the pandemic. However, the sales team said they would do everything possible to see if they could speed things up. Sure enough we still got it in September of 2021! We have already used it a few times and absolutely love it as it creates another "room" for us. Thank you to everyone at the Awning Factory!

Quality of the product is great, very sturdy yet light. The variable pitch adjustments allow you to use it all day and maintain shade coverage with the movement of the sun.
The wind sensor is a must have in Calgary as you never know when the wind will pick up.
The awning creates an outdoor space for us that provides relief from thx sun even on the hottest of days.

We had The Awning Factory install motorized retractable blinds and can now adjust them with ease as necessary. We love them and the folks at The Awning Factory did a great job.
