About Calgary Centre for Spiritual Living
Home Office Based in Golden, Colorado, Centers for Spiritual Living™ is a global community comprised of more than 400 spiritual communities, teaching chapters, study groups and other ministries in 30 countries. These communities teach a New Thought philosophy that brings religion and science together and offers spiritual tools to transform personal lives and help make the world a better place. This is done through the study and practice of Science of Mind® and Spirit, also known as Religious Science®, which holds that all life is sacred—that each human being is an expression of God. We believe in Cause and Effect and teach that “it is done unto you as you believe.” In essence, our thinking and expectations create our reality. Our teachings incorporate the ancient wisdom of spiritual traditions throughout the ages. People of all spiritual paths are welcome in our communities. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to see one of my favorite bands and the sound was atrocious. The bass was SO extreme. The amount of bass they had pounding was so inappropriate, especially considering it was folk music.
The sound guy was up in a balcony all evening, so I suspect maybe it sounded good up there, and he just had no idea. Or maybe he had serious hearing problems. We were so disappointed that we left the concert early. I hope they don't play at this venue again.

The music is amazing (thank you Amy, Oliver & the rest of the band). I always find inspiration from Dr Pat's or Rev Marjorie's talk and come away refreshed. The people are warm and welcoming. I am so glad we found this group.

Finally a place that helps people to explore and grow in their spirituality and individual walk God without the religious trappings and condemnation that I have experienced at traditional churches.
If you are looking for open, honest common sense and powerful lessons to deepen your spiritual walk or exploration- this is the place to check out.
