Five Guys Enterprises LLC and its subsidiaries believe in the importance of international labor and human rights standards and we are committed to lawful, ethical and fair business practices.
We enforce the policies below to ensure the fair treatment of workers throughout our supply chain:
- We do not knowingly employ slaves or trafficked persons. We comply with all local, state, federal and international law with respect to labor laws, human rights, slavery, and human trafficking.
- Through our purchasing agreements, we require all suppliers to comply with applicable laws within the country of business. We assess each of our suppliers to ensure that their policies align with our commitment to lawful, ethical and fair business practices. We do not seek verification or conduct audits related specifically to evaluate human trafficking and slavery law compliance of our vendors at this time.
- All Five Guys employees and contractors are required to comply with all applicable laws within the country of business, including laws on human trafficking and slavery, and may be terminated for any violation of law. If Five Guys becomes aware that a supplier has violated any such law, we reserve the right to terminate any such supplier agreement.
- We are committed to further developing our accountability standards and procedures specifically to address our contractor's compliance with the Transparency in Supply Chain Act, as well as an action plan to ensure our company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, receive training on human trafficking and slavery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a problem with this location.. until today. Ordered 2 burgers. They barely had any sauces. A dab of bbq sauce and ketchup both half the size of a penny
They fell apart while eating them. The fries were loaded with salt and the poutine just tasted like a bowl of salt. The entire fry was covered in salt.. worse than McDonalds. I barely ever waste food, but threw the poutine out.
Looking at the most recent review, someone was given a few drops of malt vinegar. That's pathetic. Perhaps, it's new owners/management? That was worse than McDonald's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropping my rating to 3 stars. Was here March 10 for dinner and it was cold AF inside the place. It was -10 outside and it's like they had the AC on. I know the cost of heating has gone up but when your meal gets cold a minute after you dig it out of the bag, it takes all the enjoyment out of the meal. Couldn't get out of there fast enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their burgers and fresh ingredients. Definitely my favorite chain burger place. Can't beat the fresh jalapenos. This location seems nice, it was clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely come to this location again.

I accepted good service and delicious food but don’t have nothing.
Burgers was good but hot dogs that I ordered for my kids were the grossest hot dogs I ever tried in my life. Sausages were probably the chipset and even not meat. We just sent it to garbage.
Service the same. When worker served our order it were everything accept my cup for pop. I asked for it and he was very rude. Like I can’t see it in your order and when other worker said he forgot to put the cup he gave it to me but regular size. I said I paid for large and he again answered in rude manner and gave it to me.
My family and I definitely never go there.

Malt vinegar is sooooo cheap, please just give us more. I'll come buy and drop off a whole jug of malt vinegar if you need me to, no problem.
Yes these pictures are of the cup before I used any. I don't even know how someone puts this much liquid in a vessel, do they use an eye dropper???
