Haven't been to Timmy's in 9 years as we were out of country - went for the first time today - coffee way better than I remember and food pretty darn good. Guess we will once again be loyal fans of Tim's.

We were at the drive thru. Trying to order food and the indian lady who was taking our was very rude. She was cutting us off and questioned us three times if we wanted order. Of course we do! Why else would we buy it? On the other hand, Cindy was kind enough to apologize and it was not even her fault. This happened at 11:24am, somerset Tims. Cindy apologized again for one last time and even was kind enough to ask if we wanted extra cutleries and napkins.

Terrible customer service. They need to educate and train asian staffs. Never kind. If you look at previous reviews, there are a lot of complains about service. Never fixed. Still same. I’m not asking smile all the time… just asking kind and provide proper service to the community customers. Unbelievable how they operate business here.

I am giving one star only because I cannot give a lower star. The staff working the drive thru are very rude. I attempted to use a deal from the app but she said it did not work, I would have to try using it the next time I ordered. In addition they almost throw your order out the window. Deal with each customer as if they are your only customer, like the staff at the Midlake location. When I arrived home I discovered that they had not given me what I ordered. I also noted that my transaction had not gone through my app and I had not received my rolls! I wonder where my rolls went? Just saying!!!! I will never go here again and will share this experience with everyone I know.

Most frustrating experience of mobile order pick up. The staff at the drive thru was so rude and blaming me that she cannot see my order, and when I show my receipt, all she said is she can't see and gave me a look with shrug. I always love Tims but your staff needs to learn how to respect your customer.

I wish I could give Zero stars. It is better to take the extra time to walk to the Esso Tims than go to this one. It is Terrible! This place has unacceptably bad service! This week Once again closed to everyone but drive through. This location is always closing their doors and they are across from a school near the train station and all the stores. 90 Percent of their customer base WALKS! If you stand in line they won't notice or Acknowledge your presence! They closed at 3 pm on new years eve! Yet other Tim Hortons didn't. The customer service is lacking you always have to repeat your order because they are distracted by their work friends. Absolutely one of the worst locations in this city.

This location is absolutely horrible! They have closed their doors to walk ins over 7 times in the last year Sometimes for two whole weeks. No other location has done this! The staff are so entitled they have to close early on HALLOWEEN AND NEW YEARS EVE! which is ridiculous! Christmas EVE too! They close at 3 pm on those days.The other locations are open till at least 8pm on those days! The Ice cappuccinos are more ice than beverage! Instead of being open from 5am to 11pm like the others they open at 6am and close at 10pm! BECAUSE COVID CAN TELL TIME? Why! Entitled staff! The staff do not speak English to each other behind the counter They are rude and snooty. Six people behind the counter you wait 15 min before noticed. Only paying attention to drive through. I have been going to Tims for 20 years and this has only recently started happening and only at this location! I will give 1 star because I have to but I want to go on the record and say my real rating is ZERO! Smarten up Tim Hortons this is part of Canadian culture!

They need to start hiring people who are fluent or at least proficient in English! It just doesn’t make sense from me to give my order to someone who doesn’t speak good English or understand ANYTHING I’m saying. I ordered the chilli and cheese wedges, and they told me there was no chilli, so I told them I’ll have potato wedges with dip since I was in a hurry. I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. I thought I was paying for what I asked for, but turns out she made me pay for chilli and cheese wedges, and then had me pull over and wait for several minutes for it. When I got the order, I saw that they gave me just potato wedges with cold cheese.
