★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection for skates and other sporting equipment. It's hockey season so it's a good time to get or sell some used equipment for a good price. There was limited workout equipment there but that's to be expected with the new lockdown (went in Dec 2020) with the gyms closed down again. Perhaps there's more when it's not so crazy but it's probably best to call ahead if you're looking for something specific. Friendly staff either way, will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the store for picking up boots for my skis. Though I did not find the shoes, as the ski bindings are an older format, the Team Leader was very helpful in trying to research and give me advice for the same. Also looking at the items for sale, they were reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend this place, just based on the good attitude of the sales team and fair prices they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shae was very rude and dictator-like with poor customer service. It's a shame because I've purchased lots from Play It Again over the years. I explained I am medically exempt and when he said I have to leave or put a m sk on I ask if he had any I could use (as I can wear one for a very brief periods of time, I explained to him). He said no. Which is fair enough. I would have still gave a poor review regardless. But the icing on the cake is, a very nice employee overheard the conversation, and said "oh yeah we do actually have some he could use. We have sme black ones." It was clear the nice employee was trying to problem solve this problem and being very helpful. Shae quickly overrode the nice employee, and said, "no he can't use those. If he doesn't have one himself, he has to leave." Or something to that effect, and that rude. What a shame. I'm left very dissatisfied and will now head across the street to sport check for my son's hockey equipment purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Monday Jan 24th to get some numbers pressed onto some jerseys. The staff member took my number and said they would call me when the jerseys were ready and that it should take about a day. A week goes by without a call so I stopped in on Monday Jan 31st to pick them up. Unfortunately the numbers hadn't been attached but the staff members ensured me they could get them done ASAP, which to their credit the did. While only a minor inconvenience to me I could see how this could be a major issue for someone else.
if you have to leave your gear here for more than a day, a follow up phone call could save you a lot of headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going here for years. This place has never let us down, we have bought many things such as hockey gear and have always got a good price. I play goalie and I've bought all my gear from here and till this day I am still using that gear. Great staff who are friendly and understanding If I could I would give 6 stars.

Thank you so much for the help and excellent service! For the record my kids did not want to go in but they left SO happy! And that's thanks to you! Thanks for being awesome man, you rock!
