★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great my sister lives off M&M. The sauces like sweet and sour sauce and plum sauce were really good at one point but they changed both of them and they aren't that good anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't get a pot roast more tender than their frozen one. It is a family fave. Cooks in some jus a little less thick than gravy, but perfect with mashed potatoes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there yesterday and the service was great! I recently had foot surgery and was in there on crutches. The young man there helped me select the items I needed and walked my order to the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the store are exceptional. I have noticed over the last 5 purchases that the overall quality of the food has deteriorated, in particular the Beef Pot Roast. Unfortunately, I chose to roll the dice, even though it has been passable in quality, to serve my 3 dinner guests and the meat was 1/4 inedible fat. Having had to fill my guests with appetizers as I couldn't serve full portions and considering the cost, I will buy my own roast and cook it. it will be more work but better value and i won't have to scramble to fill my guests with last minute additions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into M&M's Shawnessy today. There were 3 adults all shopping and buying separately and One Mom had two children. We met there to buy meals for our Son's family as he is in hospital. Capacity was 5 in the store. The Mom, my daughter, was asked to take her children out of the store to make room for a man who wanted to come in. I took the baby out in 2degree weather to wait outside so this man could shop??? We were there first? We were all planning to buy food... I will not be shopping there again. When I called to complain, the manager said, and I quote, "I didn't ask you to leave, I asked the kids to leave." They are 2.5 yrs. old and 1 year old. I asked why the man who arrived after us was not asked to wait his turn. The manager then accused me of driving together in a car, I then drove back to show him I was in my car alone! He told me "this was his store and he would run it how he wanted to run it." WOW is all I have to say.
