As we entered the store, the girl working there did not give us the time to decide the flavours we wanted, and rudely asked ‘what do you want?’ Then we hurriedly picked some flavours and then she started asking ‘what toppings?’ I wanted to take a look but I had to pick something quickly as she gave me an impatient look. Right when I told her what I wanted, she asked ‘what else?’, So I had no time to browse, I picked again another topping that I wan not hundred percent sure about. And she asked again ‘what else? So this time I started looking for something interesting and while i was looking, I found that she is already putting my ice cream into the cup. I think the employees were asked to rush it so they could save the toppings. This is what you get after paying $7 plus for a cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy location close to Lowe’s, Canadian Tire and Swiss Chalet. Don’t expect super customer service but the ice cream is decent. The Marble Slab club is a nice touch but kids cones don’t count towards it :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to visit this place every summer when we lived nearby, and during the summer it was always packed, you had to line up outside, just like most ice cream places at YYC. The staff is lots of young and energetic people who are ready to serve you whatever combination of flavours you have in mind. Overall it was always a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't go back to this place. When I went in today, I had ordered a regular sized ice cream. The lady that was making my ice cream was careless, as when she finished making it strawberries and syrup were dripping all over the countertop and all over my hands. Instead of taking accountability and wiping the cup, she backed away and let another person help me out. After eating the top of the ice cream, I was faced with pieces of shortcake each an inch in size. I had basically paid for a spoon of Ice cream three strawberries and a whole cake at the bottom. Terrible customer service, terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked into the store at 8:40. The girl behind the counter informed that she just sanitized the ice slab and hence won't be able to mix our ice cream. We felt rushed. She did not even mix the toppings. I understand that we were close to the closing time but then if you don't want to serve your customers then please turn the "open" sign off. While we were there, there were few other customers who walked in. We have been regulars in this store for few years now, but never experience such bad service.
