In 1986, two young brothers opened a retail outlet at the Promenade Mall in Toronto, Canada. It was a modest effort: a small store with a great design and a strong concept that impressed one of Canada’s largest mall operators who wisely decided to take a chance on a new tenant with no track record. A concept was developed that consumers immediately loved, and a strong following pursued.
The name Yogen implies yogurt, of course, and Früz calls forth “frozen”, “fruit” and “fresh”, all of which play a part in the Yogen Früz concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customers service ever! My kids love the frozen yogurt but I wouldn't buy it at Southcenter Mall again . An Asian lady was there today in the morning, she was so serious she didn't even say hello, and when I was asking to get another frozen yogurt for my other daughter, she snapped at me, asking me in a very rude way to move to the other side and pay first. So Instead went to Purdys where the customer service is awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a medium frozen yogurt and most of it was just air near the bottom of the cup. I went back to ask a simple question to the girls working there if that was normal for my order but was met with defensiveness and attitude. I had only asked a question whether this was normal and not demanding anything in return but the customer service was horrible. One of the girls just shrugged her shoulders without any sort of professional response. Not sure how this sort of customer service is supposed to retain business but at least I’ll not be coming back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got three large yogurts here and two of them were filled up properly, but the chocolate chip and mint one was not, the portion was for a small but we payed for a large. I went back and asked the asian lady working here who was very rude and started fighting and raising her voice at me. I walked away, don’t come here and waste your money, it isn’t worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good they blend the frozen yogurt so good. The owner are very professional. They give alot of toppings and yogurt. Much better than the chinook yogen fruz which taste pretty much diluted ice. Definitely should get a cup of frozen yogurt when your in the south centre mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is fair; taste wise, it's not it. I had the strawberry cheesecake; the strawberries were frozen and not near fresh, and the texture of the ice cream made me regret my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a small for my kid and a medium for myself. The medium had the same amount as the small. Questioned the lady about it and her reasoning didn't make any sense. Seeing all the other reviews, I can tell they are deliberately scaming people. It's a shame, always loved YF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious ice cream always BUT very terrible service at Southcentre mall… I don’t know what was her name but she was very rude…We always choose 3-4 fruits but this lady told us only one fruit we can choose…excuse me???? After 10 mins she said you have to pay extra….i know it’s extra money but i was told only one fruit I can pick…. Then for topping as well….she didn’t even say if we want any toppings…after i ask for topping she said: YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA….ma’am…. I know it’s extra…but that’s your job to ask your customer !!
Who does she think she is????
