W	Wendy Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have started shopping at Sobeys in legacy as this save in foods has very minimal selection and their prices are quite high. I’ve also noticed that the store can’t seem to keep a good stock of products and when you ask about when they will be getting in product I get that deer in the headlights stare with a response of I don’t know. I understand product may be difficult to get in due to logistical issues but please try to provide your customers with a better response than “I don’t know” the store I also find is not the cleanest and organized so I’ve just made a conscious consumers decision to shop at Sobeys legacy or Coop. If I need something in a pinch I will bite the bullet and stop in and hold my breath they have what I’m looking for.

They said we can find the platters on the website so I hung up and me and one of our doctors looked at the platters and called back to place our order. One of the 3 platters we wanted was on the website but not on the 'paper' the attendant was looking at so she got all flustered. At the end, she still couldn't find it so we explained what it was and she just wrote it down and forgot about the paper she was to complete. When I went to pick up the order, I went to the counter and she came back with one platter. I asked where the other 2 are and they said and pointed 'over there.' I was like 'what?' For 3 platters, I had to go to 3 departments to pick up my order. When I got to the till, one of the platters wasn't priced so the cashier was running around gathering a price for me to ring through. I finally got to the clinic and was placing the food out when one of our doctors said, 'K, this hasn't been cleaned!' The staff literally dumped a bag of veggies on a platter, added a bowl of spinach dip and sold it to us. If I want that, I would have bought it myself, CLEANED it and brought it in. I did expect they would serve us fresh, washed veggies that I wouldn't need to pick through or clean by myself when I got the food to the clinic. DISGUSTING! I will not be ordering from here or shopping again.

I took my groceries to cashier ( name: Brookylnn) while scanning a showed her one chips which I have eaten a bit coz I was hungry I showed her so she can scan it properly but by mistake she spill all the chips. Not her fault things happen. But she send me to grab a new one . Let me tell you I just lived here don’t know where I got it from . I looked around but unable to find the same flavour for 15 min . I came back to her . He send me to Sandra the lady on the picture. He was irritated by my. On the same time I am seeing her assisting all the other customers with same kind of concern. Only difference between me and this customer was I was not white enough for her. She was smiling and treating them well. I kept my calm. She told me to go and grab a new one . I told her sorry I couldn’t find it . She went to check and bought a different flavour. I said I want same flavour that’s the reason I picked up that one . She PUNCHED the desk with her hand in anger I was shocked also infront of all customers. Imagine a person who is born in this country has to face this what about my parents who are immigrants how will people like “ Sandra” will treat them. If you have a immigrant background or family planning don’t send them to this location. I am disgusted by these propel. I can’t imagine I was working as a front line worker and putting my family life at risk them .
D	David Nunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am mesmerized. I could never imagine that grocery shopping would be this great until I came to this location. Quiet frankly there are a decent amount of grocery stores in the area and they simply fall SO short compared to this Save on Foods! Save On has such a wide variety of options on well known brands that I truly have never seen before! What blew me away was their selection and price on meats, I almost shed a tear. The prices overall were quite fair and even on the lower side BUT with great quality products. The place is well lit, homey, clean and the staff are friendly and in good spirits. I will literally never shop at another grocery store again.
