He has done so much and more for my family and we will always appreciate it. When my siblings had to leave, his drop off service was a god sent for my mum. They also are always so friendly and even remember you by name! So happy to have found a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients!

I had a Covid-19 booster shot appointment booked with Walden Pharmacy, and had to leave work early so I would not be late for it, as I was commuting all the way from Chestermere. Upon arrival, I was notified that all vaccine appointments were cancelled, and that customers were notified by email or text, neither of which I got. Already frustrated and disappointed, I was treated with very little sympathy from staff, without even an apology for the inconvenience. Will NOT be returning to this pharmacy, and certainly will not be recommending its services to anyone I know.

Jiwan is always willing to answer any questions you have regarding a medication and seeks to ensure that you have all the information you need. They are prompt with filling prescriptions and even offer delivery!

I forgot to tell them that I use vegetarian medication only and bought capsules with gelatin. Mr. Jivan went above and beyond to resolve my issue and arranged veggie friendly tablets for me at no extra cost except the difference. I am pleased to have them in my own community and very near to my home.
