Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of our cozy neighbourhood, Chaparral, in addition to the neighbourhoods of Sundance, Walden, Cranston, Midnapore, Millrise, Legacy, Seton, Evergreen, Woodbine, Woodlands, Shawnessy, and Bridlewood and also all of of our beloved Calgary.

Meeting Sarah today, I feel such confidence to finally go and travel knowing that this pharmacy will work closely with your doctor to ensure your getting the best care wherever you are in the world. As a customer they give you a 10% discount on any items you buy over the counter and upon signing up they were SOO sweet and offered us our choice of gum, chocolate or travel size Tylenol. Sarah went above and beyond for me. Her informative, non judgemental sweet personality is the BEST. She took the time to explain all the different side affects/best timing schedule/ what foods might affect the consistency of my medication. Even offered delivery in the future if I needed. I appreciated how discreet and personable they are.
I've never experienced pharmacy customer service at this level!
Skip the long waits and inconsistency at shoppers drug mart you guys! Come here and be treated like family instead :) Thanks again

She also helped me with few of my questions about medications and was very knowledgeable on the subject. I usually go to Walmart's pharmacy but will change to the Chaparral now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my COVID shot as the other D&M pharmacy messed up my appointment and the pharmacist seemed really annoyed. The entire time I felt rushed, she even answered the phone kindly and said "I have a customer, I'll call you back when I get rid of it." and rushed me through my vaccination. I also did not get any bandaid or anything after and bled on to my shirt and was not asked to be watched in case of a negative reaction so I just left, terrible assistance and rude the whole time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is extremely organized, clean, and the staff are friendly and tend to all your needs from beginning to end. Everyone is super nice and genuine. The staff make sure to prioritize your needs and insist that all your desires are met in the most efficient way. My vaccine was super quick and painless and I got the medical attention I needed afterwards to make sure I was all good to go. I was coached through the entire process and it felt like a safe and relaxed environment. This was something that I was nervous about doing so I’m glad the pharmacists made me feel comfortable. You can really tell the staff is dedicated and hardworking. Everything has gone smoothly since so thank you so much to Sara, Amira, and Magda.

They all work together to ensure that their patients are always treated with care and respect, and continuously go the extra mile for all their patients, such as calling to check if we are running low on our medications. They even offer free delivery! I have been to this location numerous times and I am always greeted by their friendly staff. The team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and shows that they all genuinely care about their patients. I love that they are a local pharmacy, as opposed to a big box pharmacy, and they never fail to make me feel welcome. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice and have enjoyed my experience enough to feel the need to share a positive review. My first visit was just to pick up a prescription. Our second visit was to do the PCR test to ensure our family was Covid-negative. The pharmacist performed the test and she was very friendly and helpful - we even got our results within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
