He is very approachable and welcoming while maintaining the highest quality of care. Highly recommend!

He sets the bar that all other doctors are measured against. I have been seeing him since 2013. He has and continues to support and help me. Charlene is so caring and is able to work magic. Always nice to be recognized, and fun to talk about how the Riders are doing. I have only seen Dr Carter once. He was professional, funny and personable. He made me feel comfortable, and helped me get better. It has been my experience that you get what you give. It is critical that you disclose all info to your doc so that they can provide an accurate diagnosis. The Chaparral clinic team provide excellent care when you talk with them. You need to communicate what is happening in order to get the right help. They are there to help you, they do not judge. Not even a little bit.

In fact, when the pandemic started, Dr. Mah called me to check on our family of 8 and inquired how everyone was handling the news. I am so thankful and grateful we have a family doctor who we can trust and I know the decisions he makes for our family are as if he were making them for his own family.

Between my mental health problems and a close family members struggle with cancer Dr. Mah consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we always feel heard and are well taken care of. He remembers all the small details every time I come in no matter how long it’s been between appointments, and while it may sound a little corny haha after all these years he feels almost like an extension of our family. Cannot recommend this clinic enough :)

He has helped our family so much in this time; through mental health crisis, surgery, melanoma, and a very rare metastatic pheocromocytoma. When Dr Mah is unsure he has always has referred us to specialists to dig deeper and get answers. He is kind and takes the time to ask questions and most of all, you can tell he sincerely cares! There can be a full waiting room and Dr Mah still takes the time to listen and help you with your concern. My husband, kids and I feel so blessed to have Dr Mah as our family physician, it will be a sad day when this skilled, knowledgeable and kind man retires. Thank you Dr Mah from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of us! ♡
M	Mr and Mrs H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been seeing Dr. Mah and Dr. Carter for close to 20 years now. Dr. Carter has performed vasectomy on my husband and has seen us for same day emergencies. We are always able to get quick attention through the walk in clinic when needed. The front end staff are always cordial and accommodating. Dr Mah has taken excellent care of our family as our family physician. He is kind and attentive but above all else, he is thorough. Our family suffers from autoimmune based diseases, two different types of arthritis and a myriad of conditions including frequent sports related trauma. The countless referrals to specialists, ultrasounds, blood work have benefited us to no end. We count ourselves lucky to have a relationship with a great doctor and a truly good person. Our children will see no one else!

I have quite a complicated medical history and survived stage four breast cancer. He is there for me every step of this journey and always there to help me no matter what the issue is. He really listens to all my concerns and never rushes me in my appointments. Charlene the office manager is also fantastic. Just talking to her makes me feel at ease and just her support also makes this clinic the best place for me and my family to come to. I highly recommend Dr Mah and this clinic to anyone.
