★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect one star clinic open for terrible service near you. Worst clinic in whole city. They have their own COVID regulations. They don’t follow provincial government rules. Shame on this clinic. Terrible staff and professionals work here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY BY VISITING HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience; walked in 2 week ago, as long as they hear any of symptoms you have - they say you have covid (and a real doctor knows that high temp. could be due to numerous reasons); even though the test was negative; moreover i told that i have 110-120 heart rate and loosing weight daily. i wish i would never stepped in in their office. i did isolate as they said, struggling with all symptoms, of course it's never went away cause i've never got covid, but i lost 2 week. luckily i went to another clinic recently and got blood work to take; they figured another reason and diagnose. I hope no one goes to them so they shut down and do something else in life

I went once and I was treated rudely. The second time I called in and the receptionist wouldn’t help my 2 year old niece because a skin rash is apparently a covid symptom. Don’t support a BUSINESS like this, they obviously didn’t care about a 2 year old child because they were A too lazy or B couldn’t make their awful plastic surgery money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a young adult female, I had been in search of a family doctor for awhile that I could feel comfortable with and thought I would try this place out. Dr. Kristina Quan is hands down the best doctor I could ever ask for. She actually gets to know her patients in a professional manner, takes time to understand medical needs and just overall actually cares. Great medical office!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to say how disappointed I am with some of the doctors here at the medical centre. Not only as a patient myself but as a partner watching someone struggle so hard to get the right attention for mental health. I understand that mental health is a complicated and sometimes lengthy process but for a doctor to hand someone off constantly to a “specialist” which takes months or sometimes years to get in front of the right people… I’m disappointed after struggling with depression and watching my partner go through the same thing and all but be ignored by this doctor.
I get that this may not be their area of expertise but sending them into a long process when they are at their wits end or not listening well enough to see that they are in crisis and sometimes how medication CAN help them with just pushing through life a little bit easier like with Depression or ADHD. Someone should not have to be in a complete life crisis with mental health for them to get the attention they need and deserve.
Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After of family doctor retired we were in limbo trying to find a new doctors for us. We could not be more happier with Dr Quan and Doctor Hunter. Dr Quan is a very kind and so easy and comfortable to talk to. Dr Hunter has been amazing with my husband. Very caring and concerned, very easy to talk too as well. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor refused the patient care. My wife was in emergency couple time 2 days ago and she was in pain again today 26th Feb so I decided to take her to the nearest walk in clinic which is Silverado medical clinic.
We spoke to the receptionist and explained our situation and she said she need to check with doctor before she book my wife, then she came back and said doctor said that they can’t see the patient because we arrived the clinic 4 minutes before closing the clinic. We are not just a walk in patient for this clinic our family doctor works at this clinic so basically we are their clients still they refused.
I guess doctor just take His or her profession as only business not as service where he/she can refuse their service as per his/her wish. We are not going back to this clinic at any cost we are moving to some other place where the priority is patient care.
We went to another walk in clinic the doctor suggested us to go to urgent care or emergency ASAP.

Great bedside manner and he took the time to explain various results of medical tests to me and never once felt rushed. Very friendly and he seems a wonderful human.
