★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in about 2 weeks ago as a walk-in, I called in advance to make sure you guys were available and they said yes, half way into my nails it got decently busy, and the proceeded to rush to get my nails done and they were horrible quality, nails were uneven, bumpy, and nail polish was uneven and some part on the sides and ends weren’t even painted! Awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to love this place. I got a manicure 2 days ago and she cut my cuticle on my index finger. Its been 2 days now and its still bleeding. She cut it pretty deep for it to still be bleeding. Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the salon in Feb 10th, this will be my 4th time going to the salon and the 3rd bad experience. It’s now 2 weeks later and my refilled nails are chipped and cracked. Which occurred on my 2nd visit both with the male technician at the salon. He was rude both times and seemed to not be interested in providing services. The 1st visit I took my two daughters my nails turned out good but theirs were poorly done and didn’t last a week with shellac nails. I’ve decided to let others know the poor experience, I try to give ppl the benefit of bad days but 3 out of 4 I needed to give a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to have my nails looking neat and clean since I haven't done anything to my fingernails for three years other than nail trim.
The cuticle on all my nails almost covered half of my nail and were preventing my nails to grow even longer.
I decided to walk-in and have my nails done here, the lady was really nice (I forgot to ask for her name).
She did my nails really well and I'm so happy to see my hands looking all better now with my finger nails all cleaned up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had pedicures together for a Mothers Day weekend. I also had a manicure. The staff were very professional and consistent in their service to everyone while we were there. I loved how clean the stations are and the massage chair was amazing. My toes even received bonus little bird designs on the big toes. I highly recommend Double V if you want some great service and pampering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my girlfriend have tried almost every nail salon in the city as we can be perfectionists and have a difficult time paying for subpar nails. I can truly say after frequenting this place for many years that they are the best I have come across. It is very rare that I am unhappy with my services, and if I am, they rectify quickly.
My usual is a acrylic set or fill with a shellac color on my nails and a shellac pedicure on my toes. The quality is great- I never break a nail, I travelled Europe for 3+ weeks and my nails held up and looked great. The staff are very sweet and kind. They are always on time, clean, and lately have had a great promotion for their birthday month around 10% off.
I would not hesitate in recommending this salon. I’ve included photos of my recent fill and I am seriously obsessed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t happy with the way my nails were done. I spoke with Vanna, the salon manager and she was absolutely amazing. She made feel heard and valued. Vanna took time out of her busy schedule to do a brand new set of nails for me herself. I love the final result! She made me feel taken care of as a customer by asking me how I was feeling about the new set every step of the way. Thank you so much Vanna! ??
