I have always had exceptional service from her, and genuinely enjoy my visits to her salon. I have received countless compliments regarding how natural and healthy my hair looks - you cannot even tell that the extensions are installed. I have been seeing Nathalie for several years and am now on my second set of extensions, and I could not be any happier with the overall product and services. Definitely recommend!!

I found her website after googling “hair extensions” and was really impressed with the before and after images posted on it (shared through Instagram). Her work truly speaks for itself. I’ve had my extensions for around 2 months, with one maintenance appointment, and I’m still thrilled with it. Her salon is immaculately clean with a welcoming atmosphere. During the consultation, she was very detailed when she explained the process and what I could expect over the course of having the extensions. She provided helpful advice on the care and treatment of my hair and recommended some products for me to use. She carries a stock of items she recommends but was not adamant that they were the only ones to use, so I didn’t feel obliged to buy any. I appreciated the extra time Nathalie took with me: to show me different ways to style my new hair and the follow up messages I had from her to ask how things were going and whether I had any questions about the extensions about a week after my appointment with her. My experience with Nathalie made me feel like I was her top priority and I have had no problems recommending her to my friends that ask about where I got my hair done. The price for the quality of both product (the hair itself) and the phenomenal service that she provides is completely reasonable and absolutely worth it.

I was gearing up for my wedding in the fall and decided to contact Nathalie at Extensionista to come up with some options for making my hair look long and thicker again. She matched my burgundy hair perfectly, and I ended up with my dream wedding hair. I was so happy with the extensions, I haven’t stopped getting them done since. Nathalie is incredibly skilled and makes my hair perfect every time, no matter what the colour I have decided to try. The quality of the hair is so good, they have lasted me over a year each time (and potentially longer, but I love to change my hair colour!). I am a hairdresser myself, and therefore am a bit picky... but I could not be happier with Extensionista. Nathalie is a wonderful person, and I look forward seeing her every couple of months for a touch up. I can not recommend her enough. I love my hair thanks to her!

I just wanted extensions for my bridal shower and wedding in July/august but I still go for appointments because my hair looks SO good with them in! I love how she follows up and she is very professional and talented. I highly recommend her for your extension needs! Also no one ever can tell I have them in. My hair was already long but I just needed volume and it looks extremely natural!
