Although it took forever, It was decent. 1.Big Mac with Bacon No Onion add lettuce. 1.Quarter with Cheese no mustard, no onion, no pickles , add lettuce. 2 fries 2 drinks Nothing makes me irritated more than waiting for terrible, mixed up, wrong food. I could tell they staff was trying to do a good job and get it right. Speed will come with practice.

I got some fries, and upon taking my first few bites of fries at the top of the container, I was happy to find them fresh, hot, and delicious! However, my happiness was soon cut short, as after clearing through the thin top layer of fries, I was greeted by ice cold, stale, extremely old fries filling the rest of the container. It seems somebody filled 90% of the container with extremely old, cold fries, and then added fresh ones to the top 10% to hide that depressing truth. My day is ruined, and my disappointment is immeasurable. :(

Posted business hours are a lie, if the app tells you go to inside and speak with a human you might get tricked into trying to enter the locked store for help. If you happen to be successful in placing an order then congratulations you can expect to wait double the time it would anywhere else for some fries that will ruin your childhood memories and idea that "McDonald's has the best fries." Ask or don't ask for napkins/ketchup, never knowing what you'll get is part of the experience!

They will only man one side of the drive through consistently so the other side will often wait 10+ minutes to place their order, in the meantime, several cars have gone through on the other side. Then they park you, guaranteed. Sometimes they forget about you completely, but most often they’ll give you incorrect food or missing items and you’ll end up having to go inside to fix it anyways. Unfortunately this type of experience is the norm for this location and it’s incredibly rare that they get it right and have acceptable customer service. We live across the street and gladly drive further to another location.

We were second in line and got "parked" in a reserve spot. I find it unacceptable that it takes 10 minutes to receive a pretty simple request. After getting our food the fries were not fresh and barely warm enough to eat. The snack wrap was also not acceptable as the chicken was quite cold when eating it. I'm not entirely sure what they were doing for 10 minutes at a fast food joint? But I think it's fair to expect at least better quality fries when waiting 10 minutes. This isn't the first time we have had sub quality food at this location. I get it, It's fast food and "quality food" is subjective. But I think as a consumer you can have certain expectations when this isn't the only location you visit and have better experiences elsewhere.

Once I made it to the window, the workers are taking their sweet time and telling stories... then the worker greeted me while having fries in her mouth??? where is the manager... fix the service please... i understand that the pay is low but come on... crazy...

I will not visit this location again. Poor customer service. Spend a little more for a better product in the same complex.

Yes, my son works here but I honestly have to say that I am so happy he gets to work with such great people. Due to a medical complication I had, they knew I was in urgent care and the management team sent home with him, right out of the oven, all of my favorite muffins they make! I received them so hot and delicious and want to thank McDonald's for doing that for me. Its a blessing to know my son works with such great & friendly people every day! They truly care for their staff, their families as well as the customers. They also work harder than any other McDonald's to make all their customers happy no matter what.
