A	Adrian Stacey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Hortons is in a prime location for me. I have only come here in the evening, and every time they have been almost unbearably slow. I don't know if it is like that all day, or if my experience has just been because of the times I visit. They haven't messed up an order yet.

IF you decide to go to this location I 100% recommend you check your order before leaving. Wish there was a way to report this location to TH directly because this location is completely destroying your reputation. Horrible.

We took a tea back today as it was not what we ordered, 1 sugar, 1 skim milk... it was even marked on the lid 2S 1C... we returned, aske foe the right tea, gave us triple sugar and cream.... This is not the first time they've screwed up, we just don't want to drive all the way back there. So many other people that go there comain, messed up orders. Worst location in all of Calgary. They owe us at least a dozen free teas

We placed a mobile order, got ready to walk over there, 8 minutes had passed. We got in the place and two girls were talking to each other with no care in the world to check if anyone was standing at the counter, a minute or two passed when I finally said "Hey, how's it going?" , they didn't hear me, because they were too into whatever non important conversation they were having. 10 seconds later a girl said "Oh, someone is here" ....they prepared our order (finally) , and the girl placed our order on the counter and walked away. No "sorry about the wait" or anything of completely ignoring us. I understand it's a minimum wage job, but have your employees at least PRETEND to care about the customers in the community. I told them to "Have a great night" and walked out.
T	Ty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST TIMS IN THE CITY! the gentleman who took my order wasn't very friendly, he assumed I was going to pay debit then walked away to do something completely different, I had to call him back to the counter so I could pay cash, then he forgot about my coffee and started to make sandwiches for the drive-thru, when I finally asked him where my coffee was he said "hold on" in a very rude tone before getting someone else to make my coffee, the time to get a coffee and bagel was way longer then it should have been. I've been going to this Tim's daily for over a week now and almost every time I go I have similar experiences.
J	Jaclyn Scratton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Township Tim Hortons Worst Tim Hortons service ever. Walked in at 9:50pm through unlocked doors. Stood at the till for five minutes as the girl behind the counter ignored me while she cleaned. Just walking right by me. She went to the back to chat with her friend working, who also could see me and chose to say nothing. So I get in my car and drive to the drive-thru since they both walked outside the back doors while I stood inside. Only then did they finally let me know they were ‘closed’. They didn’t have the courtesy or decency to let me know they weren’t going to serve me… just let me stand there. I know you’re are just a couple immature girls but wow is all I can say. Never would I have treated a customer like this when I worked a service job. I will never go back to this location.

The Tim Hortons team was very accommodating and had my order ready to go, on time the next morning, and helped me carry items to my car. Thank you for the excellent service and making sure our athletes had a sweet treat during their day.
