Founder, Lee Drescher, has always had a clear vision of wanting to offer a unique service to discerning and health conscious pet owners. Since the opening of the first location in 2008, the Bone & Biscuit Company has continually maintained the highest standards and quality of natural foods, supplies and accessories. We define quality by evaluating the ingredients, manufacturing techniques and nutritional value of every product. The store was well organized and with the crowd that day I didn’t feel any lack of customer service, but personal care only. My pup didn’t wanna leave the store:) Got into this place with intention to get some treats for pup training, and left with tons of goodies after. Hands down to one of the best pet stores in Calgary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good store. Some items are pricey, however may be specialty items. Staffing superb. Knowledgeable, friendly, know their products. My pups especially like Open Range beef chews for 1.99/ chew. They break apart, are the most nutritious chews on the market. I won't buy any other chews now. Make sure you supervise pet while chewing. Mine love them, gobble too fast. I needed to pull one out. Learn how your pet chews, and don't leave unattended.
