Jungle Jewel was not the first store I came across but they are the first I was insanely HAPPY with, everything I needed was in stock every question I had was answered. I placed my order online and it was available for pick up right away. This is the one stop shop for all your reptile/terrarium needs. Their prices are also way better then anywhere else. 10/10 highly recommend.!!!

The clay works REALLY well! Customer service was super friendly, helpful and fast, answering all questions I had before ordering.

Once my vivarium was set up, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted to order, and they were able to ship overnight within the week to get my frogs, isopods, and culturing materials to me safely. Customer service through e-mail felt one-on-one, and they even sent me pictures of their available frogs from the species I was looking for, to show me exactly what I would be getting. Will shop here again.

I have found them to be amazing in communication and service. Both Dawn and Lucas are great with guidance. Fantastic frogs, baby frogs and supplies online and in person. Highly recommended.
