They take the time to talk to you and are very knowledgeable. Eireann is a reactive terrier, and the staff have provided so much support. They have known her since puppyhood and are always excited to see her. Marley, Eireann’s sidekick, who is a fiesty but sweet ragdoll loves to visit too. The store is an asset to Millrise community. It is important to support small businesses who provide outstanding service.
A	Angela Serrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure I speak for all the other pet owners saying this: during this difficult time we all are experiencing, we are very fortunate that in any giving moment we can safely hug freely our precious pet companions and their unconditional love makes everything alright. Our precious pets need to be given the best food available to keep them healthy and at this store you find just that, as well as the great service, the nicest people, quality products and more than reasonable prices....and more, because, a couple of weeks ago at the last minute, I came at the store to buy some stuff for somebody else's pets that I was about to visit and although I didn't call in advance with my order like like I usually do for curb side pick-up, Dawn and the owner at the store that day, although very busy with all their orders, they still graciously accommodate me and did not failed to meet my expectations of their amazing care for customers and service. For Dawn, all the stuff and owners, thank you guys for your amazing job and care!

I was on an important phone call (which some might find rude when you're in a srore) but I grabbed what I needed and was going to be gone in 2 minutes. I've worked retail and in the industry for many years, and it's habit for me to rip the receipt myself from the debit machine, as I have a credit card that 9/10 needs a signature. Well, this upset her. I guess they don't rip receipts?? Not a big deal right?? Well she huffed and puffed and was not impressed. I just grabbed my things and left. It's OK..... tape it together. Life goes on.

The cost of landing a new loyal customer is significant and yet poor attitudes and people skills can lose them in a few minutes. They need to register for customer service courses and sure hope our experience was not with the owner. Our vet is next door and we will never step foot in that store again.

We have always had top notch friendly service. Our pup went through a period of destroying everything and the Owner's took it as a challenge to find something he couldn't chew threw - In fact we still have that toy all these years later. In the early days of this crazy pandemic I imagine things were tough as a business owner but I thoroughly enjoyed the posted parodies they did - Brought some light hearted to all the crazy! Keep Up the great work Pet Planet Millrise! As long as I am a pet owner I can't imagine shopping anywhere else!
