★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at this location has gone down hill considerably. Owner is great and always friendly. However being told to "stand on the circle" while waiting 5-10 mins for my drink was it for me. When you have 5 plus people waiting for drinks and 2 whole circles in the waiting area, I am not sure what you expect people to do? All the staff behind the counter have no issue working elbow to elbow yet I was talked to like a child for standing in the only available waiting area i could find while respecting peoples space. I can find somewhere else to buy a $5 coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for a few years, every time every single time i come in here i get a smile and a warm greeting. This is a very clean place, the only issue i have is there really is no area to work. When i want to escape work for a few i like to sip coffee and relax. This is more the place you goto have a social coffee with your loved one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally the service is decent at this location, however, when I went in yesterday morning around 10:00 am there was a girl, middle aged and wearing glasses who was super grouchy. She was at the til taking orders and acted like she had been sipping vinegar with a spoon. Very unfriendly, and not at all what I had been accustomed to at this location. I understand having a bad day, but sheesh. ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 frap for take out and while waiting I forgot to get cookies for my kids knowingly there were no other people inside just me the wife and two staff and we were like far from them 12 feet if may say., I went to the bar to check what flavours they have since I am also far sighted I have to come closer then one of the male crew told me to "Stay on the Windows" with a rising intonation.
I truly understand the precautions, I am wearing a mask and sanitized my hands when I entered, and if another customer comes in I would gladly stay away and keep my distance.
He just made me feel "unwelcomed" and disgusted if I may say. Sorry starbucks love your store but please educate your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great here and the store is nice. Good little outside patio to enjoy your coffee. Saw a customer spill his coffee when trying to add milk to his coffee. The staff came and poured him a new coffee quickly. Great to see customer service like this is still around. I would defiantly suggest going to this Starbucks!
