★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my girlfriend drove a hour and a half to get some food then a soon as we pulled in to the parking lot all the lights went out at 11 30pm when they close at 12. Then when we went to the microphone they were ignoring us there was 4 cars inline and last time we were late they atleast said they were closed but this time they ignored us because they weren't supposed to close half a hour early anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to the drive through for a grilled chicken wrap, I was asked to wait for 6 minutes. After more than 10 minutes, went in and said to wait for another 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru ignored me for several minutes. When I was finally helped they said its after 11am so they couldnt serve 90% of the breakfast menu anymore. It was 11 on the nose after waiting for a reply. They tried to hand me the wrong families meal. Had to point out my food sitting by the window and it was cold by the time I got it. Went to Tim's across the lot for breakfast since McDonalds couldnt be bothered. Would rate 0 if I could. Ain't trying to rag on minimum wage workers, but someone should be embarrassed, be it ownership or management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only customers in the drive through (and I am pretty sure there was no customers inside) and the service was very slow. We waited several minutes after ordering before we were finally read back the order and told the total. Then it was another several minutes waiting at the window for the food. Food was lukewarm and my English muffin was burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Cheeseburger without meat. I checked my order after and did not get what I ordered instead I got a slice of cheese on a bun. When does a "Cheeseburger without meat" translate into "Cheeseburger without everything"? I then had to go into the restaurant and told them I got the wrong thing. I had to explain to the person three times what I wanted - a Cheeseburger without meat. He re-ordered the Cheeseburger and when I checked it there was a patty on there even though the slip said "Cheeseburger - no regular patty". It is a sad day when people can not understand or read basic English.
