★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They must of hired a new barista. Service here is usually great and attentive. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the girl didn’t say hi let alone acknowledge the two people waiting. Someone behind her had to come out and serve us. In an environment where people are being laid off with no jobs you think service would always be exceptional. Girl needs to up her service or get a job that’s doesn’t deal with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average. Staff tends to ignore my presence until I stare them down. The location has been closed with no explanation at the door or on the windows; it was so sad to see elderly approach with their canes and walkers to only be turned away with confusion. The only thing I like about is that it’s a convenient location to grab coffee on the go. Don’t recommend as place for studying and don’t recommend for walk ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never open early morning when hours say they should be. Have gone multiple times where they should have been open almost 30 minutes and nobody there/no response at drive through. If hours are reduced it should be posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mobile order is so hit and miss. It's not the end of the world but this location consistently has it turned off at different times throughout the day.
My order is made correctly the majority of the time and the staff are friendly and greet you nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to order at any location is a matcha latte and a double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. Sandwich is usually delicious, and almost always janky - the ingredients are all misaligned, there's no structural integrity, all of the bacon is piled on one third edge of the sandwich so most of the sandwich has no bacon bites, it's a mess.
Not this time!
This morning, someone at this location put in the time to make my sandwich absolutely beautiful and a delight to eat. Structural integrity was at an all-time high, there was bacon in every bite and the cheese held everything together. After so many janky sandwiches, getting this perfectly built, work-of-art of a sandwich was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Long line ups are usually present but I'm always met with friendly and cheerful staff, especially Keeley. Great way to start my day.
